Online shop with IT/Infrastructure
We offer a complete European information technology infrastructure and an outstanding end-to-end e-commerce platform. We deliver a homepage with the look and feel of your company and ERP and CMS systems.
Merchandise management & storage
We run your merchandise management on a commission basis, from ordering to the returns processes. This also includes the receipt of goods and their storage in our logistics centre, which currently houses over a million products.
Marketing & SEO/SEA
Our performance marketing team ensures excellent rankings, high traffic and a lot of conversions - with Google Ads, price comparison portals, social media marketing, newsletter marketing and much more.
Payment
We currently offer seven different payment methods in our online shops, including commonly used payment methods such as credit cards, Klarna, cash on delivery and cash in advance.
Picking & packaging
We are continually optimising our warehouse software to ensure that the best possible packaging processes are available to you. Even refrigerated shipping is no problem for us. We also offer all (!) sizes of parcels - all in the spirit of sustainability.
Shipping
We provide fast and uncomplicated worldwide shipping thanks to our cooperation with more than 20 logistics partners. We currently offer Same-Day Delivery in Graz and Vienna. We deliver to all of Austria’s neighbouring countries within 24 hours (except Switzerland where delivery is within 3 working days).
Duties & taxes
We tax your goods correctly for each shipping destination and display the appropriate foreign currency. If needed, we can also take care of customs clearance for you in non-EU countries.
Fulfillment in Switzerland
Benefit from our collective customs clearance service and reach the Swiss market in record time. Your orders will be cleared and delivered to your customers within only 3 working days - starting at just € 1.50 per order!
Internationalisation
We help you establish your online shop in all European countries by tailoring our shops to suit local preferences.

Our customer support team is made up of competent, friendly and motivated colleagues who answer enquiries in 16 languages. Take your customer service to the next level!
