We’re working towards a collective dream at niceshops. What started out in 2010 in a basement in Bad Gleichenberg, Styria, has grown into a leading e-commerce powerhouse today with 370 employees - niceshops has grown in a socially and ecologically sustainable way in the years since it was founded. Work, in essence, is work. But we can shape our work environment so that people feel comfortable at niceshops. That's why we organise work instead of people, using a "circle-based" organisational structure. We map our roles using circles rather than hierarchies. Curious about what roles and teams we have?
