Food for the conservation of species

The e-commerce company niceshops supports Turtle Island, an ark for endangered turtles from around the world with urgently needed food and aquarium accessories from the product range at "Olibetta", one of their online shops.

• "Turtle Island" provides a safe habitat for no less than 240 of the world's 360 known turtle species.

• Founded by Peter Praschag, it is recognised as a scientific institution as well as a zoo

• The facility is home to a total of 2,500 turtles at four locations in Styria

• Many of them are on the Red List of endangered species.
